While completing his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Guelph, Roy decided to become a licensed realtor. After spending a few years in residential real estate with his older brother Amit, Roy fell in love with pre-construction, specifically condominiums.
Roy spends every day building relationships with Developers to ensure that he can provide his clients with the best access possible for pre-construction condominium investing. He has a passion for sales and for educating his clients, something that his e-book series definitely reflects.
In his spare time you can find Roy watching football (soccer), with an espresso in one hand and the latest iPhone in the other.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University, Amit became a licensed realtor while working at IBM. Teaming up with his younger brother Roy in residential real estate, Amit built several niche websites with the goal of educating their readers and providing their clients with useful, current information.
Amit spends his day developing, strategizing and managing the operations of TalkCondo, with the goal of making the client experience as dynamic and enriching as possible.
On his days off you can always find Amit and his son at a computer with a Nottingham Forest game on one screen and a shark cartoon on the other.
Marketing Manager
Kira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Public Relations from the University of Guelph-Humber. After completing her degree she established and managed the Marketing Department of her father’s company, before taking a position at a Toronto-based IT Recruiting Firm.
Kira spends her days driving the company’s marketing campaigns, branding and identity, corporate positioning, public relations and social media programs and working directly with Roy and Amit to brainstorm new ideas.
Kira is a passionate Chelsea Football Club, Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Rock fan who loves cooking and puns.
Executive Administrator
After completing her Master of Commerce, Shikha started her career in the banking industry, working for multiple banking institutions, including Toronto Dominion. Shikha joined the team in 2012 and her ambition and love for the business has pushed her to pursue her real estate license.
Shikha is a calm and organized force in an otherwise hectic business and spends her days in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities.
When she is not managing the TalkCondo team, you can find her managing her other biggest responsibility – her 6 year old son.

Chris is a second generation mortgage broker originally learning the trade from his father. His experience spans a decade working both as a mortgage broker and lender. Currently Chris is principal broker and co-owner of Axess Mortgage, a unique brokerage featuring convenient storefronts servicing the entire GTA. When Chris isn’t working you’ll find him sailing on Lake Ontario during the summer or skiing in Collingwood during the winter.
