1 Yorkville Condos has received a lot of early buzz.  The impressive exterior rendering was revealed a few weeks ago to very positive feedback in the design community.

The developers are slowly lifting the lid on the project that will offer “6 star luxury” in one of the best locations in the City at the intersection of Yonge & Yorkville.

Here is what we already know about 1 Yorkville Condos:

  • -60 Storey Tower located at the corner of Yonge & Yorkville in the heart of Yorkville
  • -Focus on “Six Star Quality” throughout the development
  • -High quality amenities that will include a modern style Spa, outdoor pool, aqua massages, fully stocked juice bar, steam rooms and a state of the art exercise area (check out the images below!)
  • -Condominium will launch to Platinum Brokers in early 2014

The recent focus has shifted to the amenity space and the developers are sparing no expense.  Amenity spaces are designed by “The Design Agency” (whose impressive CV includes the Shangri La, Momofuku and Soho House among others) and have a strong focus on three key areas: live, relax and entertain.  The designers state “It will be a Lifestyle Condo with the same type of amenities, spaces and services one might find in a lifestyle hotel.”
