1 Yorkville Reveals Stunning Rendering

We already knew that Bazis was planning something stunning for their landmark condominium site at Yonge & Yorkville (1 Yorkville Condos).  The design forward developer has been responsible for some of the most eye catching condominiums in Toronto over the past few years (think Exhibit Condos, Emerald Park Condos and E Condos) and we expected nothing less for 1 Yorkville.

Our friends at BuzzBuzzHome broke the rendering just minutes ago and we couldn’t be more excited to share it!

The rendering reveals a unique and eye catching design that Bazis is known for.  Layers add texture and definition that will help this tower stand out from the crowd.
