234 Simcoe Officially Named Artists’ Alley Condos

Early documents from architects Hariri Pontarini have confirmed the name of 234 Simcoe (at Simcoe & Dundas) to be Artists’ Alley Condos.  The name is a nod to the proximity to the Art Gallery of Ontario and the OCAD University main building.

The project design has earned universal praise, with many enjoying the use of colour and shying away from the typical “glass box” structure.  At the podium level, Lanterra are looking to design a court yard that will feature high walkability and a lot of retail.

Artists’ Alley Condos is centrally located and just steps from the subway, OCAD, University of Toronto, City Hall and everything that makes Toronto so great.
