25 Richmond East by Great Gulf Gets a Name and Launch Date!

Earlier this year we announced that Great Gulf had purchased a very exciting site at 25 Richmond Street East at Yonge & Richmond.  Earlier today we got a first teaser look at the building as well as the official name of the project: Yonge + Richmond.


Early teaser for the building suggests an interesting facade design

The logo looks to highlight the “Yonge + Rich” lifestyle and playing to the young professionals likely living in the neighbourhood.  The project is located just steps from Massey Tower, the hugely popular project that launched earlier this year.  We don’t have a full rendering of the building, but the teaser image suggests that we are going to get a very unique looking building.

Details for Yonge + Richmond are very scarce, however, here is what we know:

  • -Launching early 2013 (register below for first access!)
  • -Understood to have PATH Connection
  • -Steps to Subway Station
  • -Prices from $309,900
  • -No height details, expected to be between 40-50 storeys
