290 Adelaide Gets a Name

BREAKING NEWS! 290 Adelaide by Lifetime Developments was one our “Top 10” developments that are set to launch in the fall.  The development will replace the existing Alice Fizooli’s located just west of Adelaide & John, and today the builders officially named the development “The Bond” Condominiums.  It is Lifetime’s latest entry into an already booming Entertainment District.  The Bond Condos will be the only major development launching this fall in the Entertainment District.

The development will also sit North of Cinema Tower.  The prime views for The Bond Condos will be East (facing the City), West (Facing Peter Street Condos and mid-to-low-rise buildings) and North.  The Entertainment District is undergoing a HUGE transformation and continues to be one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the entire city, due in part to the increase in activity due to the Festival Tower becoming the new home for the Toronto International Film Festival.  The map below highlights the major condominium projects in the area.
