3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park by Lanterra Rendering Revealed

3018 Yonge (located at Yonge & Lawrence) by Lanterra has been smoking hot on TalkCondo all week.  Since signage was put up on site by the developer, we have been bombarded with requests.  The developers have put together a condominium dream team with architecture by Hariri Pontarini (One Bloor, Shangri La and the Pending B.Streets) and interior designs by Munge Leunge (Bisha, Pears on the Avenue) – and led by Lanterra Developments, there is no wonder that there is so much interest in the building.

Located at the corner of Yonge & Lawrence, just a minute from the Lawrence Subway Station, suites will start from the $300,000’s.

Today we managed to get our mitts on a the project rendering and also the logo.  This is a project we are very very excited about.  We are huge fans of Lanterra – their recent work has been excellent (Ice, Maple Leaf Square, Treviso among others) and we expect the same high quality for 3018 Yonge.
