50 at Wellesley Station Details Emerge

Hot on the heels of a successful launch at 1 Yorkville Condos, Plaza are gearing up to launch their next major Downtown Toronto Condominium: 50 at Wellesley Station Condos.

Plaza first teased us with some information on 50 Wellesley back in 2012, but we finally understand that the project will stand 37 storeys and will feature a unique 5 storey podium with a very cool design that will integrate a wooden design and an element of nature.

The major talking point of this project is the proximity to Transit with the site sitting virtually on top of the entrance for the Wellelsey Subway Station.

Wellesley is currently the talk of the town and developments such as “Wellesley on the Park Condos” and “Totem Condos” have both launched with huge success and we expect 50 at Wellesley Station to be no different.
