88 Scott First Rendering Out In The Wild

88 Scott has already garnered a lot of buzz. The site, located in the heart of the St. Lawrence District has a lot within the industry excited. Back in June, we announced that Concert had purchased the lot known as 40 Scott Street and had planned for a 58 storey tower. We also included a “wire drawing” of the building in it’s very early phase (see below).

We now have an early rendering of what the building might look like and it’s very faithful to the original drawing.
