Annotated Monde Render Gives Us Updated Look at the Building

Monde Condominiums has been one of the big success stories of 2011.  The condominium development by Great Gulf Homes is the first residential project in Toronto’s newest waterfront community at East Bayfront and was an instant success when they launched the project in the fall.

A recently released annotated rendering highlights some of the key features of the Moshe Safdie designed building.

The image highlights some key features of the building including:

-Upgraded Curtain Wall glass.  Curtain Wall style is typically reserved for high end condominiums and commercial buildings.  Our friend, Brian Persaud of Inside Toronto Condos recently wrote about the benefits of Curtain Wall glass over at BuzzBuzzHome – the article can be found here.

-Redesigned Windows on the front of the building.
-Restaurant with outdoor heaters to occupy space on the ground level

Below is an old image of Monde Condominiums (originally known as “Parkside Condominiums”) which highlight some of the changes.

Monde Condominiums continues to dazzle, and with the pending release of their Penthouse Collection it is a great time to learn more about this project.  For more information, complete the registration form below!
