Awesome New BISHA Rendering Shows Off Rooftop!

Bisha is one of our favourite developments currently in the City, and for good reason.

Not only is it located in the sizzling Entertainment District, but also has an incredible vision of “Luxury with an Edge”.  High end suites, coupled with some of the best amenities around (Valet parking, 5 star restaurants, state of the art fitness centre).  Perhaps the highlight of the amenities is the Rooftop Bar, Pool and Cabana area.  Part of the rooftop area will have a retractable roof, making it accessible all year round!

The rooftop, sitting 41 storeys high will include a manned bar, a south facing infinity pool (awesome!) and cabanas that would make it one of the best rooftop patios in the city.  The Thompson Hotel & Residences has had enormous success with their Rooftop bar, adding a very social element to the building.  Imagine the rooftop bar at the Ultra Supper Club sitting above your condo unit.

The new rendering highlights the rooftop and we’re sure it will be a very popular spot for residents and hotel guests alike!

In terms of an investment, I believe Bisha has huge upside.  The boutique hotel brand has an incredible vision, and with new locations expected in Yorkville, New York and Miami – we could have a real winner on our hands.  In 10 years time, who knows? Maybe Bisha will be spoken of in the same breath as the Ritz-Carlton and the Four Seasons (Selling well over $1,000 per square foot in Toronto).  Bisha has a huge point of differentiation compared to the other developments in the Entertainment District and will definitely be one to keep an eye when it is constructed in 2014.
