B.Streets Coming Soon to the Annex

The Annex has been starved for some good Pre-Construction Condominiums recently. The Annex has been force to sit back and watch while districts such as St. Lawrence, Entertainment District and Yorkville have been getting the “new condo” treatment.

The new condo development located at Bloor & Bathurst by Honest Ed’s has been generating a lot of interest as they ready their development for launch. The architecture by Hariri Pontarini (Their previous work includes One Bloor, Shangri La, Award Winning FIVE Condos among others) has received a lot of early praise as the architect managed to create a building that fits with what the Annex is all about with the architect explaining “[B.Streets is a] contemporary design, while preserving the integrity of the neighbourhood”.

The unique shape of the building will offer residents some incredible terrace space, while the ground level retail was built with foot traffic in mind.
