Bazis Tie Up Yorkville Site

Bazis International of E Condominiums, Emerald Park, Exhibit and Crystal Blu fame have tied up an exciting lot on Yonge Street (838-848 Yonge Street) in Yorkville for a reported $20.5 million.

The site is located just a block north of One Bloor, which Bazis International were once involved in.  The developer has enjoyed a recent hot streak with projects Exhibit Condominiums (located just around the corner from this site) and E Condominiums earning a lot of praise in the development community.

Bazis are one of the more design forward developers with Emerald Park, E Condominiums and Exhibit really pushing the design envelope.

Specific details on what Bazis plans for this site are currently unknown.  With some mega tower applications going in for the Yorkville area (Including Minto’s two tower application for 69 and 55 storeys and the 50 Bloor Street West (Holt Renfrew Tower) application for 83 storeys) we are extremely excited to see what the developers can push through on this site.
