The Bond Condominiums Podium Rendering Revealed

We’re coming up to the end of August, which means the fall condominium market is just around the corner.  There are some excellent developments set to launch in the next 4-to-6 weeks, and one of our personal favourites is The Bond Condominiums.  Not only does it have a name that speaks very kindly to my British side, but it is located in one of our favourite district’s in the city (Entertainment District) and developed by one of the hottest developers in the GTA, Lifetime Developments.

Lifetime Developments have a very very impressive development resume that is second to none.  Recent launches such as The Yorkville, Bisha and X2 add to their impressive line up of condominiums under construction: M5V, Victory Condos and the world-class Four Seasons Private Residences.  They have definitely earned all the praise they get.

This fall, Lifetime Developments will launch “The Bond Condominiums” located at Adelaide & John Street, just north of “Festival Tower”, home to the Toronto International Film Festival.
