Canderel Apply for 60 Storeys at 460 Yonge

Yonge & College is an intersection in demand.  Karma at Yonge & College launched to platinum agents a week ago and the development simply cannot keep up with demand.  Luckily for potential buyers, there are going to be a few more options in 2012.

Canderel are no strangers to the Yonge & College area, with College Park Phase 1 & 2 located at Bay & College and College Park Phase 3 (Better known as “Aura”) located just south at Yonge & Gerrard.

News is now filtering through that Canderel have applied for a 60 storey tower for their site at 460 Yonge just north of Yonge & College to include three levels of commercial & office space, 599 residential units and underground parking.  It will be interesting to see if the City approves this height given that Karma at Yonge & College originally applied for 52 storeys, but in the end were only approved for 46 storeys.
