Cinema Tower Details Begin to Emerge

Cinema Tower is one of the hottest launches scheduled for 2011.  With the enormous success of Festival Tower and with it becoming the new home for the Toronto International Film Festival, all eyes are on Daniels to see what they have in store for phase 2 – Cinema Tower.

One of my favourite “tweeters” known as My Graphic Friend (@mygraphicfriend) stated today that the sales event for Cinema Tower would be in May (in line with our initial “Mid Spring” prediction – this is unconfirmed and we are still waiting for official word on the launch timeframe), and we also have word that Daniels are committed to keeping the prices “less than Festival Tower”.  Festival Tower are selling inventory suites for around $850 per square foot for larger suites (over 1,000 square feet).

Festival Tower (the first phase) is going to be a landmark development in Toronto for years to come, and Cinema Tower already has an incredible buzz about it.  Cinema Tower is expected to have direct access to the Lightbox while also having it’s own amenities (Gym, Party Room etc.).
