Cinema Tower Gets Platinum Launch Date (May 26th)

Cinema Tower is one of the most talked about and sought after pre-construction developments in Toronto.  Listed in our “Hot New Condo Projects for 2011” post back in January, the development has been on the radar ever since the super successful launch of Festival Tower.  The development will launch on MAY 26th to Platinum Brokers.

The development is tied in very closely to the Toronto International Film Festival and is a big reason for the recent growth of the Entertainment District.  Festival Tower has a number of units for sale on MLS ranging in price from approximately $800 to $900 per square foot, our sources tell us that Cinema Tower will be priced BELOW these from around $700 per square foot, making it an excellent option for investors.

Early sources tell us that Cinema Tower will begin occupying in late 2013 (it is already under construction) – however, this is to be confirmed when details become available next week.  Cinema Tower is located to North West of Festival Tower, meaning the south views of Cinema Tower will not be obstructed.
