Cinema Tower Launches to Platinum Agents
Cinema Tower has finally launched to a select few platinum agents (including yours truly) and we finally have our hands on all the juicy details. The development marks the 2nd phase of the super successful “FESTIVAL TOWER”, made famous for it’s connection to the Bell Lightbox and the Toronto International Film Festival and all the glitz and glamour that comes along with it.
We’ve seen the rendering a hundred times already, but Cinema Tower finally launches!
Cinema Tower continues the “movie themed” condominium, with suites named after famed directors such as George Lucas, Steven Spielberg and Quinten Tarantino. The development itself does not have direct access to the Bell Lightbox, but residents get their own professional “Screening Room” where actors and directors will make special appearances to screen their pictures, and a 3-year membership to the TIFF Bell Lightbox.
The building stands 43 storeys which a very striking orange podium and features an “Urban Terrace Lounge”, an outdoor seating area with BBQ’s sitting atop the podium, a Screening Room, Full Court Gymnasium and Fitness Studio.

Suite Finishes are very very similar to those found in Festival Tower, and that ain’t a bad thing. Festival Tower offer some of the best finishes found in any development on the resale market today, with built in Miele Appliances, slick kitchens, engineered wood floors throughout and gorgeous bathroom finishes. Cinema Tower suite finishes are up there with the best of them. Floorplans are very good – very little wasted space throughout with some excellent excellent floorplans.
