Cityzen Group Send in Application for Site at 154 Front E

On January 5th, TalkCondo reported that Cityzen Group purchased a large lot of land located at 154 Front Street East at Front & Sherbourne.  The site was the former Greyhound Bus Depot and now details have emerged as to what Cityzen have planned for the site.

The application to the city includes two towers at 24 and 34 storey towers atop an 8 storey podium, housing a total of 537 units.  In addition the ground floor will feature retail space.

The development is still in it’s infancy but we will keep on top of the development as more becomes available.
