Cityzen announced on their website today that they have completed the purchase of a large lot of land located at 154 Front Street East, located at Front & Sherbourne.

The lot, located on the border of the popular St. Lawrence Market is the former Greyhound Bus Depot. There are no specific details on the development as of yet, but president of Cityzen, Sam Crignano states he hopes to build a residential condo building with retail on the ground floor.

Cityzen have done some incredible work recently with projects such as Absolute Towers, L Tower, Backstage and Pier 27 really putting them on the map for awesome architecture.
