Cityzen Release Early Renderings for 154 Front East

TalkCondo have been following along the development of 154 Front East for the last couple of months.  In Early January we announced that Cityzen had purchased a the lot of land formerly known as the Greyhound Bus Depot at Front & Sherbourne, and earlier this month we announced that Cityzen had sent in the application to the City for two towers standing 24 and 34 storeys.

Today, we have some early renderings of what to expect from the development: a slick looking box design with a green roof that connects both buildings.

Cityzen’s excellent recent work has really put them on the map, and any new development they work on makes us stand up and take notice.  We will keep you right up to date with this development as details become available!
