Concord Reveal the LakeShore Condos Details
Concord Developments have announced the latest condominium project at Lakeshore & Bathurst, a brand new mixed use redevelopment of the Loblaws group warehouse, first established in 1928.
The building has been vacant since 2000 but will now be part a revival that will include new condominiums, a brand new Loblaws grocery store and a brand new public space that will completely revitalize old warehouse.
The residential towers, called the LakeShore Condos will be built to the North of the old warehouse and will mix old with new with two sleek new towers rising. The project will feature:

The suites themselves will range from 440 sq.ft. 1 bedroom suites to 850 sq.ft. 2 bedroom + flex room suites with prices starting at just $580 per square foot. The LakeShore Condos is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019.
