Located at Yonge & College, Karma Condominiums sold like hot cakes.  The project was over 80% sold within the first week.  The project is under construction.

INDX Condominiums (Bay & Adelaide, WalkScore 100)

Current Status: Sold Out, Under Construction

INDX Condominiums was easily the best project of 2012 and (again) was a huge sales success.  The 800 suite building took just weeks to over 80% of the units (it would have sold quicker if it was physically possible to sign the agreements faster!) and officially sold the last suite in the fall of 2012.
