Cosmos Condos Launching Soon in Vaughan
Cosmos Condominiums will be launching soon in the heart of the brand new Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) that aims to become the brand new urban hub of Vaughan.
The VMC is one of the most ambitious urban re-developments in the entire GTA. The project spans over 442 acres and once it is complete, will become the new “Downtown” in Vaughan that will be home to 25,000 residents, 11,000 jobs and 1,500 new retail jobs. Many major companies have already committed to moving their offices to the new neighbourhood, including KPMG.
The re-development is complete mixed use that will turn the area in to a work-live-play centre that will be directly connected to Downtown Toronto with the subway extending to the heart of the new VMC.
The neighbourhood is currently in “growth” mode and is an area of great interest to our investors. Cosmos Condos is located at Hwy 7 & Maplecrete in the heart of the brand new VMC. The location also boasts:
