Cresford Developments to Unveil Halo Residences on Yonge
Cresford Developments have announced the launch of Halo Residences on Yonge this fall. The brand new condominium will be located at 480 Yonge Street, located just north of Yonge & College. Cresford have enjoyed huge success recently with their condominium projects nearby Yonge Street, having sold out both Vox Condos and Clover on Yonge in record time.
KingSett Capital purchased the site and their application included a 45-storey condominium tower designed by Quadrangle Architects that will house 423 suites that break down as follows:
- 27 – Bachelor suites
- 272 – 1 Bedroom suites
- 83 – 2 bedroom suites
- 41 – 3 bedroom suites
The podium of the project will include some unique features, including the incorporation of the heritage clock tower that was once part of the Old Fire Hall No.3.
This pocket of Yonge Street (between College and Wellesley) has seen a surge of activity recently that will add increasing density to the neighbourhood. There has been increased focus on this under-developed stretch of Yonge Street that will be completely transformed in the coming years.
