Cresford Introduce “VOX” Condos

 

 

 

Cresford Developments are set to launch “VOX Condominiums” this fall, with an early teaser image giving us a glimpse of the brand new 33 storey tower (designed by architectsAlliance) located at Yonge & Wellesley.

The developers explained to us that “Vox” means voice, and the campaign revolves around “Living Out Loud” in one of Toronto’s most sought after locations.

Both Yonge and Wellesley have been very busy this year.  The Yonge corridor is seeing increasing activity and demand as proximity to the subway system is increasingly important.  Wellesley is perhaps one of the last major Subway Station’s downtown that is ripe for major development and this year alone has seen 3 major condominium developers launch projects in and around the Yonge & Wellesley Station.

Vox Condominiums will be located practically next door to the entrance of the subway station, giving this particular site incredible access to key Toronto amenities.

Steps from the dining and shopping of Yorkville, a short Subway ride to the Financial District and a Stones throw from the hospital district and Universities, this is a prime downtown location.

Vox Condominiums will be launching this fall, and we expect it to be one of the hottest projects all year.
