Cresford to Launch Clover on Yonge This Fall
Cresford Developments recently announced two exciting bits of news ahead of a brand new condominium launch this fall – the Clover on Yonge Condos.
- They will be launching a new 44 storey condominium project with prime Yonge Street location in Downtown Toronto. The site is located between Bloor & Wellesley and will take up the entire City block between Gloucester and Dundonald.
- They project will have a partnership with high end fashion label Van Cleef & Arpels, a jeweller known for the use of clover leafs in their jewelry, hence the name of the project: The Clover on Yonge
Cresford are no strangers to the neighbourhood, with Clover being the 6th condominium project within the area following huge successes with CASA Condos, CASA 2 Condos, CASA 3 Condos, Vox Condos (a HUGE sales success – selling out in just 2 days last year) and 1Thousand Bay Condos all within walking distance of Clover on Yonge.
Cresford are known for their tie ins with high end fashion labels, including the Hermes lobby at CASA 3 which helps elevate the building over the neighbouring projects.
While specifics of the project are currently unknown, we do know that the project will stand approximately 44 storeys and house approximately 600 units. Cresford are known for bringing high quality and forward designs while maintaining efficient floor plans and balcony space.
