Cresford Tie Up Bay & Wellesley Site

Breaking news – Cresford who have been responsible for some excellent projects in the past, such as NXT, NXT2, and Casa have purchased Bistro 990 – the site located on 990 Bay Street (Bay/Wellesley).

Cresford have been on the tip of many web-goer’s tongues for the last 5-6 months or so due to their pending release of Casa 2 in Yorkville.  It looks like the developer will be busy this fall – with the potential launch of not just one major Downtown project, but two (Casa 2 is expected to launch this fall, too).

This stretch of Yonge/Bay/College is starting to look very exciting with 21 Grenville (Lifetime & CentreCourt), 460 Yonge (Canderel Stoneridge) and 501 Yonge (Lanterra) all being picked up by major players in the Toronto development scene.
