Daniels to Launch Downtown Waterfront Project in 2015

The Daniels Corporation have begun to tease details about their brand new waterfront community at the site of the old “Guvernment Entertainment Complex” in Downtown Toronto, located at Jarvis & Queens Quay.

Daniels announced the purchase of the Guvernment in May 2014 with plans to redevelop the 2.8 acre block into a mixed use site that is expected to include two towers standing approximately 42 and 32 storeys along with a 5 storey podium that will house a new George Brown Campus.

Daniels Waterfront Condominiums is among one of the most anticipated projects of 2015 and we can’t wait to get more details.
