Details Emerge on 83 Storey “Holt Renfrew Tower”

Ever since 50 Bloor Street West applied for an 83 storey building, eyeballs have been on “Holt Renfrew Tower” to find out exactly what was being planned.  The City of Toronto recently released a whopping 44mb PDF document that outlined the plans for 50 Bloor Street West and we got our first high quality look at the project.

The project will be located on Bloor Street between Yonge & Bay and will become the tallest residential tower in Canada at 277 meters (topping Aura by 5 meters).  The proposal includes an 8 storey podium that would include a mix of retail and commercial space, and the tower will house 600 residential suites.
