Details Emerge for Pier 27 Phase 3

The recent City Application by Cityzen for their exciting “Pier 27 Phase 3” Development finally gives us some insight into the project.  Phase 1 & 2 were hugely successful and offered unique architecture.  Each phase included two “mini towers” (14 storeys) connected by a SkyBridge for a total of 4 towers.

Pier 27 was marketed as a luxury residence with all the high end features you would expect from elegant lobbies to high end health club and spas to valet parking, Pier 27 offered it all.

The third and final phase of the project has largely been kept under close guard.  Very few details had been released for the third phase, however, today we got a peak at the City Application that reveals some exciting news.

1. Third Phase will feature the tallest tower of the Pier 27 Condominiums: 35 Storeys
2. Pier 27 Phase 3 will include 607 residential suites
