Details & Renderings Emerge For Grid Condos Amenities and Suites
Brand new renderings and details have emerged for the amenities and suite finishes on offer at Grid Condos, a brand new project set to launch to Toronto Condo Investors at the end of May.
The project is located at the South East tip of Ryerson University in a location starved for rental apartments. Specific details for the project are now being revealed and we are extremely about what we’re hearing.
The amenities are designed with the students of Ryerson University in mind. We have already highlighted that there is a huge shortage of campus rentals at Ryerson with condo buildings around the area looking to make up the numbers. The Grid Condos will include:
- Two full floors of amenities
- The Grid “Learning Centre” on the second floor, with approximately 7,000 sq.ft. of space designed for individual or group work (pictured above)
- Ample Seating
- Cafe area
- Break-out rooms with an out door terrace
- Will be fully wired with WiFi and other necessities such as Printers, Scanners and Copiers
- A 3,000 sq.ft. fully equipped fitness centre
- 2 Expansive outdoor terraces with approximately 5,000 sq.ft. of outdoor amenities
In addition, suites will range from 415 sq.ft. (1 bedroom) to 640 sq.ft. (2 bedroom) and offer excellent finishes including:
- Designer laminate flooring in principal rooms
- Contemporary kitchen cabinets and Granite countertops
- Upgraded bathrooms with Granite Countertop
