Details on Yorkville Plaza Phase 2 Filter Through
The recent launch of Yorkville Plaza was an enormous success. The conversion of the old Four Seasons Hotel by Camrost Felcorp is currently over 70% sold, with many buyers citing “the best location in the city” and “historical significance” of the building as their main reasons for purchasing.
Those in the know, knew that a new tower was being planned for the south of Phase 1, that will obstruct all south views from Yorkville Plaza.
Today we got a few details on the new tower, which we understand will offer very high end finishes and target the ultra luxury market. Our sources tell us prices will be in the $1,500 per square foot range (compared to approximately $950 per square foot of phase 1) and prices will start from around $1 million.
Details on the new tower:
-Brand new 39 storey tower and 10 storey mixed use building. The current Four Season hotel is 32 storeys, meaning all south views will be blocked by the new tower.
-Zoned for commercial on the first two floors
-5 floors of parking underground. Parking was a major concern for phase 1, as the hotel currently only has 40 parking spots.
Just like for phase 1, where our clients were signing weeks before the VIP agents and even the friends and family, TalkCondo will have first access to Phase 2 of Yorkville Plaza. To pre-register and to get the information as soon as it becomes available, complete the form below!
