Canderel have announced Loblaws will be occupying 10,000 sq.ft. on the ground floor of of their flagship King West condominium project, DNA3.  The announcement is seen as a major coup with the developer adding a much needed grocery store along the King West stretch.  Investors at DNA3 will be thrilled with the added value a grocery store on the ground floor will add to the building.

The project was an enormous sales success in 2010 when they announced that they were 100% sold out.  The developer has recently released three brand new suites that are currently available.
