Early Look at Minto’s Mega Towers in Yorkville

A City application has revealed an early look at two “mega towers” located in Yorkville by Minto Developments.  Last year, Minto purchased the parking lot located at 27 Yorkville Avenue (located immediately south of the brand new Four Seasons Hotel & Residences) and look set to add to an ever transforming Yonge & Bloor skyline.

The image above highlights the stunning proposal for 27 Yorkville which (if approved) will stand 69 storeys (north tower) and 55 storeys (south tower) and will tower almost 100 ft. over the Four Seasons.

The rendering also showcases the future skyline of Yonge & Bloor and includes place holders for 50 Bloor Street West (proposed 80 storey tower above Holt Renfrew, located to the left of 27 Yorkville in the render) and One Bloor (75 storeys, the tall building to the far left of the render).
