Eau Du Soleil To Become “Canada’s Tallest Waterfront Tower”

Eau Du Soleil (which translates to “Water of the Sun”) has already gotten the industry talking (to pre-register for Insider Access, click here).  A small teaser released by Empire Communities stated that the new condominium project, located in the ever popular Humber Bay Park will be “Canada’s Tallest Waterfront Tower”.  Our sources tell us that there will be two towers, the smaller building will stand between 40-45 storeys and the second tower will be a whopping 60-65 storeys.  This is HUGE, even by Downtown Toronto’s standards, and only Aura (75 storeys), One Bloor (70 storeys), Ice Condos II (65 storeys) and Shangri La (65 storeys) can boast a higher floor count in the GTA.

Humber Bay Park has recently seen some VERY successful condominium projects launch and is becoming an increasingly popular residential area.  Both Ocean Club and Lago at the Waterfront enjoyed very successful sales, however, with the tallest tower in the neighbourhood currently standing at 49 Storeys (held by Lago), this new 60-65 storey tower will dwarf the current developments already in the neighbourhood.

Empire Communities have been on a little roll recently, having had successful condominium projects in Downtown Toronto (Fly Condos, The Modern, O2 Maisonettes), in Humber Bay Park (Beyond the Sea) and more recently they have expanded operations into Oakville with the super-successful launch of Rain Condominiums.

Early renderings are very very impressive and we cannot wait to share them.  To pre-register to get exclusive insider access (and the chance to purchase the PRIME waterfront suites), complete the form below!
