Empire Purchase Exciting Yorkville Site

Empire Communities have recently confirmed the purchase of 140 Yorkville Avenue (Avenue & Yorkville) for the $4.2 million.

The site is located on the North side of Yorkville Avenue opposite the current Four Seasons Hotel (and the future Yorkville Plaza).  While details are currently scarce, Urbanation reports that plans to develop a 38 storey tower with 342 units.

Empire Communities have enjoyed huge success with their recent project Fly Condominiums, Rain Condominiums and are anticipating enormous demand for their huge waterfront project, Eau Du Soleil.
