Feast Your Eyes on: 88 Scott (Full Rendering)

88 Scott has been on our radar for some time.  Back in June 2011 we announced that Concert Properties (think “The Berczy”) had purchased a very exciting site in the St. Lawrence Market district with plans to develop a 58 storey condominium tower.  The site, 40 Scott eventually became the condominium project known as 88 Scott and is one of our most anticipated for 2012 (read about why we think this project is going to be special here).

Over the fall months we got a couple of teaser images and got our mitts on a low resolution image, but today we got our hands on the real deal as the project gets prepped for launch.

88 Scott in all it’s beauty.  The project is located at Wellington & Front in Toronto’s bustling St. Lawrence Market District.  The project will stand 58 storeys.

The architecture blends contemporary styling while remaining faithful to the heritage style of the podium.  Finishes will be of a very high quality and the vantage point of the building will make for some incredible lake and city views.

The development will also feature a rooftop and an executive “Sky Lounge” on the 46th and 47th floor which will feature a high end party room with fireplace, bar, kitchen and formal dining space.
