Four Seasons Penthouse Sells for Record Breaking $28 million
Lifetime Developments today announced that they have sold their penthouse unit at the Four Seasons Private Residences for a record breaking $28 million. The sale makes it the most expensive Condominium ever sold in Canada.

The suite, described as “a personal haven of luxury, tranquility and comfort” is a “mansion in the sky” at 9,038sq.ft. (find the mind-boggling floorplan below) occupies the entire 55th floor of the West Tower. Included in the price is a 680sq.ft. staff residence located in the 26 storey East Tower.

Despite being the most expensive penthouse in Toronto, it is not the biggest. Both Aura’s Penthouse (11,370 sq.ft) and the Ritz Carlton (10,820 sq.ft) offer larger units.
The buyer of the Penthouse is said to be an “International Buyer” – other than that there are no further details. Congratulations to the mystery buyer and to the Four Seasons!
