Imperial Plaza to Launch Private Residences
Imperial Plaza has enjoyed tremendous success since their initial launch in the fall of 2010. The development, a retrofit of the old Imperial Oil building sits perched up at Yonge & St. Clair offering unique features such as huge ceiling heights (16-20′), very slick finishes and incredible views (especially on the South side).
The development will be releasing its “Sky Penthouse” collection to VIP brokers in the coming weeks. The “Sky Penthouse” Collection is a limited release including the developments “premium units” with prices from $1.8 million to $8 million. The units (as seen in the renderings below) feature two and three storey floorplans with some incredible finishes, high end appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele) and huge terraces with incredible views all around.
