Innovative Sales Center Gives Buyers Unique Experience

Our friends at BuzzBuzzHome have stumbled across a really neat sales center innovation that I would LOVE to see in Toronto.

The project, 258 on 6th located in New Westminster, British Columbia launched in November and introduced a new way for buyers to experience floorplans.  The new technology allowed buyers to walk through two-dimensional floorplans projected to scale on the floor and also showing the potential views from each side of the suite.


To Scale Floorplans are projected onto the floor, highlighting potential views and allowing buyers to “walk through” a two dimensional version of their chosen suite.  This is very very cool.

It’s such a simple yet brilliant idea.  The process would involve you walking in to the sales office, selecting the suite of your choice from a computer and the projectors do the rest.
