Karma Condos Approved for 5 More Floors

Karma Condominiums, perhaps 2011’s hottest condominium project has some great news.  The condominium project launched and sold out in just weeks thanks to it’s triple A location (it doesn’t get much better for City living than Yonge & College), excellent builder reputation and high quality design.

Karma Condominiums located at Yonge & College is now 50 Storeys Tall

When they originally proposed the development, Lifetime & CentreCourt had requested 52 storeys but instead were only approved for 45.  The developers fought the good fight and have been approved for a further 5 storeys, bring the total floor count to 50.
