King Blue Starting to Make Some Noise

Earlier this year we revealed that Hotel Company “Easton Group” had made a very exciting acquisition in Toronto with the purchase of 355 King Street West (the current Westinghouse Building) at the South West corner of King & Blue Jays Way.  It was announced that they planned to develop two towers standing 47 and 35 storeys and will be named “King Blue”.

It is believed that the project will feature a hotel component (the brand of the hotel is currently unknown) and a residential component to be developed by the Remington Group.

King Blue recently launched their new website and Twitter account (@KingBlueCondos) and have been making a lot of noise about the exciting new project.  Among the new marketing pieces include a brand new logo and look for the project, an introduction video (watch below), a small teaser rendering (above) of the project and most importantly they have announced a launch time frame.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Easton Group, Reetu Gupta’s twitter account (@ReetuGupta_EGH) announced that the project will “launch officially in September!”

The new King Blue website highlights the benefits of the neighbourhood by showcasing various restaurants, art galleries, theatre and sports that will be available at your fingertips.

King Blue will be a terrific addition to the Entertainment District and we can’t wait to hear what hotel brand Easton Group will be bringing to Toronto.  For all the information as it becomes available, register using the form below!
