King Charlotte VIP Day is TODAY

I’ve lined up for movies (Spider-Man, Matrix Revolutions (ugh) and The Dark Knight) to ensure I have “optimal seating” on opening day, I lined up to be the first to get an iPhone 4, I’ll probably line up for the iPad 2 and I even lined up to be the first to control a 3D Mario on the Nintendo 64 back in the day.

I’ve never lined up for a Condo until today.  Given that we have a number of clients interested in the super hot “King Charlotte” development by Lamb Developments, I couldn’t let my clients down and was determined to be the first in line to ensure our clients got first crack of the suites they wanted.

I arrived at 8:30am outside of the King Charlotte office on 11 Charlotte and there were already 2 people in line.  Damnit, I wasn’t #1 — but hey, #3 ain’t too bad!  I am pretty sure that our clients will get the suites they are after!

Condo line ups are always a mess and I’m sure as we get closer to the 5pm opening, there will be some screaming, elbows and insults flying around.

If you are interested in King Charlotte, you have the next 5 hours to call, tweet, text and run to us to ensure you can buy at the VIP launch.  If not, feel free to swing by the sales office at 11 Charlotte and say “hey!”.  The last launch of a Lamb project *(“Theater Park”) was virtually sold out after the first day, with only suites over $600,000 left.
