L Tower To Release 60 New Suites

L Tower is one of the most striking new developments in Toronto.  Not only will it be one of the first towers that greets visitors to our great City as they exit the Gardiner on Yonge Street, but it also will be one of the most recognizable buildings in Toronto.

When L Tower initially launched it was an enormous hit.  Located in the very popular St. Lawrence District by Cityzen, they are practically sold out.  Our good friends over at the awesome BuzzBuzzHome were the first to report that due to some forced re-designs with the podium of L Tower, the developer will be releasing 60 BRAND NEW SUITES and TalkCondo clients will have the first opportunity to purchase.

The new suites, dubbed “The Premiere Suites” will be available on floors 3 through 12 and will feature 10-Foot Ceilings – a huge upgrade typically reserved for Penthouse suites.  In addition, residences of Premiere Suites will have access to their own private elevators.

The new suites will feature 1+Den and 2 Bedroom suites, ranging in size from 540-825 square feet.  In addition, L Tower will also feature future access to the PATH system.
