Lago Condos Launches to VIP Brokers

A few weeks ago we took a closer look at Lago Condos and mentioned that it would be one of the major condominium launches this summer, and we were bang on the money. Humber Bay Park has been one of the fastest growing sub-districts in Toronto, and Monarch Developments have been at the heart of the growth. VIP RELEASE DETAILS

TalkCondo are now taking registrations for the VIP release of Lago Condominiums. Prices start from the low-to-mid $500’s per square foot (INCREDIBLE for this location. Ocean Club and Nautilis selling from $600 per square foot) make it a very very attractive proposition at this stage.
