Legendary Four Seasons Hotel to Become Condominiums
With the brand new Four Seasons Private Residences set to become the new home for the luxury Hotel Brand in Toronto, there have been huge question marks over what will happen to the existing Four Seasons Hotel at the corner of Avenue & Bloor. The New Four Seasons Private Residence will become the new home to the ultra-luxury Hotel Brand in Toronto
Camrost-Felcorp have purchased the site of the 31-storey building and will be transforming it into new condominium residences, with the project called “The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza”.

Camrost-Felcorp are no strangers to conversion projects, having recently launched another popular conversion project at Yonge & St. Clair, turning the old Imperial Oil building into the stunning condominiums known as Imperial Plaza.
Details are scarce, however, with the Four Seasons Hotel being such an important site for the city, we have huge hopes for this development and is definitely one we will be keeping an eye out for. Suites will start from the Mid $300,000’s.
