Lifetime Reveal the Code in Forest Hill

Lifetime Developments have been sharing a number of cryptic message on their social media channels all week, but have finally revealed “The Code Condominiums in Forest Hill”, a brand new boutique luxury condominium located in South Forest Hill, one of Toronto’s luxurious neighbourhoods.

While specific information about the project is not currently available (floorplans, suite types, amenities etc.), there are a number of elements about the Code that already have us excited.

Forest Hill is known for large million dollar homes, but there has been a lack of luxurious condominium options in the area.  Luxury condominium projects in high end areas in the past have been extremely well received (The Hill Condominiums, 3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park) and now Lifetime Developments aim to address that with The Code Condos.

The Code will be a boutique condominium, standing 11 storeys and feature just 118 suites, with 58 (almost 50%) of the suites being 2 bedroom options.  The City application calls for large balconies and terraces, again pointing to more luxurious suite features that will really speak to the Forest Hill crowd.

The site for the Code Condominiums is located immediately north of Winston Churchill park which gives the site an added dimension, offering incredible green views all the way around.
