Madonna Themed Gym Opens at Aura

Aura Condominiums recently opened the doors to Canada’s first Madonna themed “Hard Candy” gym.  The 42,000sq.ft. gym is one of the largest in any condominium building in Toronto and will be free for residences but will also offer membership to the public for $99 per month.

The gym features work outs that Madonna herself to defy conventional aging rules.  The video below is of the Hard Candy in Berlin and gives us an idea of what to expect.

This full scale club will exude the brand’s signature modern style and high-end amenities, including extensive cardio, functional strength training and personal training spaces. The club emphasizes unique group fitness programming with studios for everything from cycling and Pilates, to yoga and cardio-dance. Hard Candy Fitness’ proprietary Addicted to Sweat workouts, which were recently released on DVD, will be offered to Toronto club members along with a complete selection of traditional group fitness programs.

Hard Candy joins an impressive collection of retail already opened at Aura (with more still to come!) including Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, REDS Tavern and Scuddabush (among a host of others)
