Manhattan Condo Sells for $90 Million
We at TalkCondo love it when condo records are broken, even if they aren’t being broken in our beloved Toronto. Manhattan, the big boy City that we all want to be is once again boggling minds with their real estate values. In the winter we reported that the 19th floor penthouse at 15 Central Park West had sold for a record breaking (at the time) $88 million, but today One57 (more information on One57 Condominiums can be found on BuzzBuzzHome’s Manhattan Condominium database) boasts the most expensive condominium in Manhattan for an incredible $90 million.
One57 in Manhattan will stand an incredible 90 storeys
Even Tony Stark would happily call the Penthouse his Home…

One57 is currently in the pre-construction phase and will stand an incredible 90 storeys tall, and the $90 million suite will occupy the top two floors. The residences of One57 will be built above a five-star Park Hyatt Hotel located in the hub of Manhattan’s theater district.
The suite boasts some amazing features and finishes (as you would probably expect) including rosewood flooring, Italian marble and custom everything. Our favourite feature? The 23″ ceiling height with floor to ceiling windows offering some of the best city views this planet has to offer (check out the images below).
Majestic views of Manhattan. Central Park never looked greener….
Congratulations to One57 and the mystery buyer!
